Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 2 May 2025 · Effective: 2 May 2025
These terms govern your use of our website and your participation in any programme offered by Suvanna Wealth. Please read them at your own pace before registering.
1. About Suvanna Wealth
Suvanna Wealth operates financial education programmes for adults 40 and older in Thailand. We are based at 86 Phaya Thai Road, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400 and may be reached at [email protected] or by telephone at +66 2 718 3429.
By using our website at suvannawq.world or by registering for any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.
2. Nature of Our Programmes
All programmes offered by Suvanna Wealth are educational in character. Facilitators are financial educators, not licensed financial advisers, insurance agents, or investment consultants. Nothing communicated during a session, in printed materials, or on this website constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
No product — including insurance policies, investment funds, savings schemes, or brokerage services — is recommended, sold, or offered in connection with any programme. Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified professional before making decisions specific to their own circumstances.
The programmes are intended to help participants think more clearly about financial topics. Outcomes depend on each participant's engagement and individual situation; no specific financial result is implied or expected from attendance.
3. Registration & Eligibility
Programme places are available to adults. While our content is designed with readers 40 and older in mind, we do not impose a strict age restriction on registration.
Registration is complete upon receipt of full payment and a written confirmation from Suvanna Wealth. Completion of the website enquiry form does not itself constitute a confirmed place. We will contact you within two working days to confirm availability and provide payment details.
Places are limited. Confirmation is on a first-come, first-served basis following payment. If a programme is full at the time of your enquiry, we will offer to place you on a waiting list for the next available session.
4. Fees & Payment
Programme fees are as follows:
| Programme | Fee (THB) |
|---|---|
| Reading the Statement: A Financial Documents Workshop | 5,300 |
| Conversations about Money in Later Life | 7,800 |
| Healthcare and Long-Term Care Planning | 11,100 |
All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full before the programme commences. We accept bank transfer; payment instructions are provided at confirmation.
Fees cover session attendance, any printed workbooks or reference materials specified in the programme description, and — where included — scheduled follow-up contact. They do not cover travel, accommodation, meals, or other personal expenses.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 14 days before the programme begins: Full refund, less a 500 THB administrative charge.
- 7–14 days before the programme begins: 50% refund. Alternatively, you may transfer your place to another person at no charge, provided you notify us in writing before the session date.
- Fewer than 7 days before the programme begins: No refund. Place transfer remains available until 48 hours before the first session.
To cancel or transfer, please contact us at [email protected] or call +66 2 718 3429. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of written confirmation.
6. Programme Changes
We will endeavour to deliver each programme as described, on the dates and at the location confirmed at registration. If we need to reschedule or change the venue, we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a replacement date or a full refund of the programme fee.
We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to session content to ensure the material remains accurate and relevant. Such adjustments do not entitle participants to a refund.
7. Participant Conduct
Our sessions are designed to be open, considerate spaces. Participants are welcome to share their perspectives and questions but are not required to disclose personal financial information. We ask that all participants treat fellow attendees and facilitators with courtesy.
In the Reading the Statement workshop, participants may bring their own financial documents with all personal identifiers (account numbers, identification numbers, names of third parties) redacted. Suvanna Wealth takes no responsibility for documents that are brought to sessions or left unattended.
Suvanna Wealth reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
8. Intellectual Property
All session materials, printed workbooks, checklists, slide presentations, and website content are the intellectual property of Suvanna Wealth unless otherwise credited. They are provided for the personal use of registered participants.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or publish session materials without our written consent. This includes sharing digital photographs or recordings of session content on social media or other platforms.
Audio or video recording of sessions is not permitted without prior written agreement from Suvanna Wealth and the consent of other participants.
9. Limitation of Liability
Suvanna Wealth's programmes are educational. We do not accept liability for any financial loss, investment outcome, or other consequence arising from a participant's personal financial decisions, whether those decisions were made before, during, or after attending a programme.
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to any participant in connection with a programme shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for the relevant programme.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Website Use
You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that could impair the website's availability or functionality.
Our website may contain links to external websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and do not endorse any product or service that may be advertised on them.
While we take care to keep our website accurate and current, we do not make any warranty that it will be continuously available, error-free, or entirely accurate at all times.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering for a programme or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we handle your information.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in a programme will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
If you have a concern about a programme or any aspect of our service, we would welcome the opportunity to address it directly. Please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our programmes or applicable regulations. The revised version will be published at suvannawq.world/terms-conditions.html with an updated effective date.
Where changes are material, we will notify registered participants by email. Continued use of the website or registration for a programme after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
